MY APPROACH
I have decades of experience providing counselling services to culturally diverse populations and different age groups.
My practice includes assisting clients with a range of concerns including:
Addiction and Recovery, Trauma and PTSD, Emergency Services and Critical Incident Stress, Personal Growth, Grief and Loss, and Self Esteem Issues.
As a professional in long term recovery, I live by the principles and techniques that are utilized in the sessions with my clients.

My approach tends to be a bit eclectic, in that no one modality will work for every one. I find that a blend of techniques works well for most people.
We first have to get clear on what your needs are, then map out a strategy to find solutions.
You then know where our work will lead and how we are going to get there.
You have an active part to play in this collaborative effort.
There will be some homework for you and I between sessions.
